Who doesn’t love donuts? Whether you have a birthday party
or children coming over, homemade donuts is a yummy dessert that they will definitely
love to eat. 
Here are the ingredients:
- 3 ¼ Cups of Flour
 - 2 ¼ Teaspoons of Yeast
 - 3 Tablespoons of Sugar
 - 1/2 A teaspoon of Salt
 - 1 Cup of Warm Milk
 - 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
 - 3 Egg Yolks
 - One Pack of Butter
 - 4 Tablespoons of Oil for frying - as needed
 
Here are the steps:
- In a medium bowl, place the two cups of flour, yeast, sugar and salt, and then mix the ingredients well to overlap.
 - Add to the mixture the warm milk, vanilla and egg yolk, then mix well to get a soft paste.
 - Add the butter and the rest of the flour with continuous mixing to bond the dough.
 - Curry the dough with your hands and then wrap it with nylon paper and leave it aside for about an hour until its size doubles.
 - Place the dough on a surface flattened with a little flour to become medium thickness and then cut into small balls by the special donuts cutter.
 
- Cover the donuts balls and leave them aside for another 30 minutes to rest.
 - Heat the oil, scoop the donuts well until they become golden in color.
 
It can be
decorated with chocolate and stuffed with jam, caster or cream.
