Popular in the Middle East, Labneh is strained thick yogurt
spread, similar to Greek yogurt but thicker in consistency and richer in
flavor.
Here are the ingredients:
- 400 g of your favorite brand of Labneh
- 2 Garlic
- ½ Teaspoon of Salt
- A Teaspoon of Dry Mint
- 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Here are the steps:
- In a small bowl, place the garlic and the salt and start mashing the garlic.
- Add the mixture to the labneh and mix well.
- Place the Labneh in the serving bowl.
- Decorate it with the olive oil and the dry mint.
You can as well decorate the plate with olives, walnut or cucumber.
