Here are the ingredients:
- 1 Kg of Green Beans
- 1/2 Kg of Sirloin Steak Cubes
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
- 1 Small Onion thinly chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic crushed
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
Here are the steps:
- Remove the ends of the beans and cut each bean into three pieces.
- Cook the Sirloin steak cubes in oil and add to them the onion and the garlic.
- Add the pole green beans with all spices, black pepper and salt.
- Cook them all together until the meat and the beans become tender.
- You need to add hot water to help the meat and the beans to cook slowly and better.
- Serve with rice and yogurt or labneh “a Lebanese yogurt version cooked with rice”.
